@Lisa Yeah, I guess it is. I didn’t even really think about it, but even though I said I liked it initially, I totally forgot to make more. I guess that’s a sign. :)

@Qwanty Thanks! I have seen the microwave egg heart cookers, but since they’re made out of some weird non-metal, maybe-plastic material, I’m too scared to buy it.

I think I know the type of pan Misato mentioned — I have a tiny frying pan for making little heart-shaped things. I found it at Cost Plus. You would love it (if you don’t already have one!)

Whoa, seriously?? My cousin told me she saw the nori face punches at Marukai too. I’ve looked through the whole store and never see these bento stuffs, only their expensive bento boxes that I never buy. What part of the Dillingham store is it in??

love those pancakes!!! i bet i could save some from sunday mornings and freeze em for bento!

i bought a set of those pencils at dillingham marukai right before christmas for like 3 or 4 bucks. i used them to decorate my gingerbread cookies (filled them with icing) they worked so well for that!

PANCAKES! That’s brilliant. I’m a picky eater, so I have trouble finding stuff I’ll like to add to bento. (My last experiment failed. I disliked it so thoroughly I wouldn’t finish it). And they are awfully cute!

Oh, breakfast!!! those pancakes are so stinkin’ cute!!!!

I have to be at work at 6:15 am. Most of the time when I eat my bento it is at like 10 am so breakfast would be more practical. I should actually try it once in a while.

It’s adorable! I love the pancakes. It would be handy to have something to fill a bit more condiment in than the soy sauce fish. I can’t wait to try this myself. The bento box is sweet, too.
