I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

When I saw that bear cupcake mold I thought you were going for a "Lost" theme again with a polar bear with its middle blown away. Silly me, polar bears are white not brown.

You write and take photos of your bentos so well that wonder what a podcast could possible add.

I had problems with my old rice cooker doing the same thing. Browning the rice at the bottom. I went out on Black Friday last year and got the Zojirushi NS-LAC05. It's much easier to use and has an awesome setting. I can clean my rice the night before and set it in there with the water and it will be ready for me at 7:30 nice and fresh. The timer feature is nice. Easy to clean too.

I also think it would be awesome if you did some podcasts. Include some FFXI stuff in there too ^.~ hehe.
I watch your blog and none of my bentos come out as nice as yours. I'll keep trying tho. Love the blog and keep it up!

Bento making videos would be so awesome! I'm not really sure how it's done other than someone taping you, but BentoTV.com had a pretty long lasting string of videos, so maybe you could get some ideas on how to shoot it from there.

I love the bear cup! It's so cute, and the stuffing makes it look like a fuzzy tummy. The only thing I would be worried about would be the arms and legs sticking out over the sides, I don't think I'd be able to close the bento. Unless you can sorta squish the edges together, which I could see possible since it's silicone. :p

I love that the bear is filled with stuffing!! =)

I think reacting to a situation, even if it's one that you dorked up in the first place, and being able to pull off a great meal or bento is pretty impressive, actually. I'd watch, for sure!
